    Frankenstein returns to theatres

At least for one night. Universal is bringing several classic movies to theatres for their 100th Anniversary including a Frankenstein/Bride of Frankenstein double feature on Oct. 24th. A list of the other movies, locations and details is here: Fathomevents.com.

TCM is hostging them and there will be extras like interviews and such.

Awesome. I would love to go. I went to a TCM hosted showing of North By Northwest which was great.

Awesome! It's actually going to be playing at two theaters near me. I'm in.

      Thanks for the head's up!

Blech, not playing remotely close. That stings, I'd love to do this.

I'll have to make a two-hour road trip to Tulsa Okla., to see this, but I'm definitely considering it. Hard to pass up Karloff on the big screen. Just wish the Wolfman was showing, too.

Yeah, my son was slightly bummed at no Wolfman, but he's going anyway.

I would so love to see them remastered in the theaters again.

Oh man, I so wish I could see these in a theatre. Wish there was something closer.

There's talk here in Belgium of doing a Frakenstein musical, but they're still trying to get enough money together for the project
