    The Acker-mansion

Just bought a DVD about Forry ("Famous Monster"), hoping to get some footage of the original Acker-mansion with rooms full of memorabilia. Unfortunately, they interviewed him after he had to sell his life's work (aaarrrgh).
Are there any documentaries or books that give us a good view of how it all looked like? I've seen a photo here and there, usually in FM, but a nice book about it would be cool to see...

This book is mostly about monster collectibles, but it has an eleven page section at the end about Forry and the Ackermansion, including 8 colour pages of photos of his collection. It's only a small section of the whole book, but it's something.

A nice, hardcover, coffee table book showcasing his collection would have been great to see, wish it happened....

Thanks for the info, guys. At least it's start. I can't imagine why they never did an extensive piece on his collection.

        Here's some more video:

Bjo Trimble, (Star Trek's unofficial grandma), was a close friend and she has a page on Facebook. Maybe contact her and ask if there's a definitive visual record.

That's a good idea. I'll look into it!
