Is airing on Chiller. Wish it was the original.

Now, now; it wasn't TOO terrible.

I liked Ben Cross as Barnabas. He was about the right age, was very good looking and had all of the angst necessary for the role.

Adrian Paul as his brother Jeremiah was pretty darned hot.

Jean Simmons as Elizabeth Stoddard? Meh.

Joseph Gordon Levitt as David was creepy as all heck on wheels.

The actress who played Angelique was evil incarnate.

The little actress who played Sarah Collins was darling; cute as a bug in an 18th century dress.

Didn't like the guy who played Willy Loomis.

Who was it that played Julia again? Barbara something or other? Didn't like her much.

The series could have succeeded if it hadn't been pre-empted so danged much. Kind of like Wolf Lake, which had promise, but was pre-empted to death with all of the award shows that were broadcast that year.

But to be fair, that was right after 9/11, and people needed something uplifting, not a soap opera about a town full of werewolves.

I find it well intenioned but I'm kind of bored with the "house of Dark Shadows" story line yet again. Ben Cross is a more than decent Barnabas and the girl playing Victoria Winters is really beautiful.

My late brother in law was a really big fan, his VHS tapes of the series are the one thing I kept from him.

I like the new version. Scary and very well done. Even has alot or the original music by Robert Cobert.

Didn't say it was bad. I just wish they went with the original series.
