they definitely left room to make a sequel but to my knowledge, they never did.

Makes you wonder if out there in the desert at one of those little seldom seen travel stops, if something cool like that skeleton really is there hidden away.Wouldn't that be to cool!

I just watched this one a few weeks ago because it was a nice Saturday afternoon and in that kind of mood. I always loved this tv film. A recent dvd release now offers a commentary track by the director
"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"

Starroid Raiders Dagon wrote "No Dime Store Monster left behind"

^ I think it could be!

One of my fave TV films--didn't John (POTA) Chambers do the make-up?
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I love Gargoyles, and have strong childhood memories of being scared by it when I was little.

Stan Winston did the make-up effects in the film, along with two other guys, Sonny Burman and Del Armstrong. There are a couple of photos from Gargoyles in the book 'The Winston Effect', a great book about the late Winston's amazing career.

I would like to get the recent DVD release of the film to replace the no-frills discount bin one that I have.

Always one of my favourites. I remember first watching it one weekend as a kid and thinking it was utterly awesome. Need to get the DVD.
