Neal Adams did a graphic novel featuring a blond Dracula, Frankenstein and a female werewolf. The story or a version of it may have originally been in included in one of those comic book/record duos back in the 1970s

Ugh - except for Julie Delpy that movie is completely forgettable, so I understand!

^^^I dunno if that counts. Also it looks like she has `80's hair.

In an episode of Charmed, Holly Marie Combs got bit and became a werewolf.

If a female werewolf is like a female dog, would she be a were-b-i-t-c-h?

If you really want to go deep into it. Stephen King's "Silver Bullet" When the preacher is having a nightmare and he is in the church, all the people turn into werewolf's including the women! The woman playing the piano in the church was going crazy as a werewolf!

Both the British and the American versions of Being Human there are female werewolves.

There was a Nickelodeon kids movie with Victoria Justice as a werewolf (The Boy Who Cried Werewolf).

There were several wolfwomen in the 80s Werewolf TV series.

There were plenty in comics too.

Apologies to Earth2Chris and Gorn Captain, That will teach me to not just skim a thread.

I like the Ginger Snaps and Howling movies. Here are some more with female werewolves:

The Curse - In this well-done horror comedy, a young woman suffers from monthly werewolf transformations that coincide with her PMS. She will kill people until she manages to find a man she truly loves.

Wilderness - Based roughly on the novel, with major story alterations. Female werewolf loose in Britain.

There is also the tv movie, Wolf Girl, which was renamed Blood Moon when it was released on DVD. However, it is never clear whether if she is an actual werewolf or not, but it certainly the movie is heavy in werewolf symbolism.

There's a particularly vicious one in the UK series Being Human, Nina. As sweet as Nina is as a human, as ferocious she is as a wolf.

Dog Soldiers had female werewolves, and the Howling.
