Disappointed first two was OK but there rest it was like a joke ? was that the point ? i was left feeling *** .... wes craven has some great stuff but also some dire films carnival of souls remake was pitiful last house on the left original and remake are superb .....

Craven only had a hand in the first, third and seventh films in the trilogy.

The seventh, New Nightmare, could be considered kind of an overblown and pretentious proto-Scream.

Nightmare On Elm Street Is A Classic. I Love Them All, Well Almost All, The New Reboot Was Pure Crap, In Our Eyes, There Will And Can Only Be One Real Freddy Krugger, And His Name Is Robert Englund, All The Rest Are Impostors. Enuff Said.

I liked the first one obviously, didn't like the second one but thought the third one was very good.

I don't think i've seen 4, 5 and 6 but i did like New Nightmare.

Part 2 was fun, everytime Jesse woke up screaming I cracked up

and then the whole scene with the coach getting killed, man that was priceless

I REALLY wish they would have went ahead with Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash while Englund and Campbell are still able to physically do it.

Englund really is a class act given all the kind words he had about The reboot and recasting.

Englund is a trip in person , man he was making me laugh when i met him he was doing the Freddy voice the whole time

yea but they kind of didn't show much about it in the originals, so that's why they try and talk about it and show more in the re-make..definitely a molester

I'm surprised they went into more details in it.
