Monster Movie Help

Okay so a looooong time ago I saw a monster movie in the 70's on TV. that I've been trying to find but the big problem is I don't remember the name and only one scene is all i can remember. I have racked my brains out trying to find it....and i know i didn't dream this up.....

The movie its self I think was from the 50 to late 60's not sure if it was early 70's
Ok so this is what i remember I'll try to explain it the best I can.....

Since you say it had a Creech type monster, maybe it's The Monster of Piedras Blancas.

Wow,not exactly how i remembered it, I just watched it on line. the boy is in the movie but not in the scene like i remember it......heck I was 6 or 7 when i saw it.
but the Lighthouse is there I forgot to mention that.....and the scene where the monster goes into the light house is there that's the scene and that is the Monster I remember
that it kinda looked like the gilman and I stand correct.

It even has Les Tremayne-Mentor from the shazam tv show......

The Monster of Piedras Blancas was a UHF Creature Double Feature favorite. When you mentioned Creech like monster, I was betting it had to be this film.

Yeah man, Many thanks you don't know how long I was looking for it, I remember as a kid thinking it was a Gillman movie but when i would see them it never added up......so I started to think it was a knock off movie but no matter what i searched I could never find it.....so I threw it here hoping that someone would know it and put my mind at ease......I'm really digging the look of the monster......
