I always wanted the 4 inch Remco monsters and Castle CarryCase. Never got none of em. And yet, I haven't really pursued them as a grownup. Some expense based avoidance for the most part. The times I have looked at them they went for about a c-note altogether and when I am not paying attention, they go for 10 bucks. I think it's a conspiracy.

The Remco mini monsters are really nice. Terrific sculpts and likenesses for for the time considering the small scale. Very cool line. One of my favs. You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...Comment

I had Frankenstein but gave it to my little cousin who wanted him....I felt i was out growing them and couldn't say no to my cuz. My mom rewarded me for not being selfish at the time.....I've been thinking of trying to get him back into my collection.

I've said this elsewhere, but I had a friend up the street who had some of these and the playset. I loved playing with those, far more than he did. In fact he got frustrated that I always wanted to play those, and not something else. He didn't have a Creature, so we used his Greedo from Star Wars!

I never had the remco monsters either although I thought they were neat at the time. I was really obsessed with Universal horror at the time too, wonder what my deal was?Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

I never even saw them when they first came out, but by that point I was getting too old for toys anyway. That was during that small period of time between me playing with toys and collecting them, and at that time I wouldn't be caught dead cruising the toy aisles.I was pleasantly surprised when I finally "discovered" them as an adult.
