I like the idea of such a figure but I agree that the head sculpt just isn't right.
I met Mr. Combs at a video store trade show once, very nice guy (he was there promoting The Frighteners video release). At these shows, the organizers (working with the studios) get guests to come and sign free autographs for the trade show attendees (video store owners, buyers, managers, etc), and promote video releases. Most people just lined up for free autographed photos without even caring who they were. So after he signed autographs for a bunch of indifferent, oblivious folks, I get to Jeffrey's table and tell him what a big fan I was and started naming off all the films I've seen him in. He was so happy and surprised to meet an actual fan at this show that I swear he almost hugged me.
