A while back someone who was involved with the project posted about that: they had the rights to this version:

1964 HORROR OF PARTY BEACH Monster Photo Magazine - eBay (item 160236174804 end time Jul-20-10 08:59:38 PDT)

The plan was to have a separate insert for the hotdogs, but it got nixed by the copyright holders.
