Are all his horror movies comical, or does he have any straight up horror movies?

I really liked "Meet The Feebles" and "Heavenly Creatures". I should check out some more of his early films.

Long before I knew who Peter Jackson was... that was a catchphrase between my buddies and me.

Hard for me to imagine that the guy who made that is the same guy who is such a respected director now... but that movie rocks!
