Who plays the best Comedic Monster?

Out of the TV Monsters, I always thought the scene stealers were Grampa Munster and Uncle Fester.

Boyle came to my mind too. I always liked Herman and Grampa too though.

Bruce Campbell didn't really play a monster (other than Ash's evil clone thingee) so I don't count him.

Not really monster roles, but Jeffrey Combs is hilarious, not only for his deadpan Herbert West Re-Animator, but his FBI agent in Frighteners is one of the all time funniest characters in a horror film.
