so bad that I could not finish watching it. All of these newer horrendous sci-fi channel movies are just mostly all god awful and do not even have that remote charm of "so bad it's good"

No doubt trying to beat that new Pirahna 3-D remake to the punch. It looked horribly bad as well, in a bigger budget way though!
