Oh god, I really hope this won't get screwed up, but I have a nagging suspicion that it probably will.....

The last US "Godzilla" film was an abomination, they might as well have called it something else because that monster was no Godzilla, that's for sure.

Godzilla must either attack or defend Tokyo.

    The End.

If Hollywood makes it, fine. Include american actors, but don't take the lizard out of the land of the rising sun.

Yeah. It tried too hard to pretend there's a story, and the monster wasn't quite right. (Godzilla doesn't dodge.)

Dunno how I feel about a US Godzilla. I can see the same thing happen again; where it's a decent monster movie, but not being a Godzilla movie. I guess they feel you NEED the name, and that nobody would care about a whole new monster.

It sounds like it could be in the right hands. Here's to hoping.

Well Toho had pretty much said they wouldn't ever let Godzilla go back to Hollywood unless someone pitched them a much better idea and vision, so here's hoping.

I was gonna say Hollywood should stay far away from Godillza, especially after the previous disaster, but if Toho is involved it might actually work. As long as they don't rely on CGI too much, I want a Toho Godzilla

    New American Godzilla... In 3D?!

Just heard about this. Looks like it has more potential than the first crack at this with Sony. There seems to be a bit more influence from Toho. That seems about right. Raymond Burr not included. (RIP!) However it's looking like it might be 3D. However I think this could fit the big G.

Godzilla comes to Hollywood... in 3d?

I wonder if Mattel might try to get the license for the toys? Trendmasters is no more, but Mattel could make Godzilla that shoots his fist.
