One of the theatres in Tampa is currently showing this Godzilla film. We went on Saturday (Japanese dialogue with English subtitles.) A little different origin story; not my favorite Godzilla film but enjoyable none the less. Always good to see the Big G on a theatre sized screen!

We went to see it on Saturday, my first time but my other half has seen it a few times before. Not one of my favorites, a bit too much focus on the bureaucracy aspect for my taste, but the take on GZ was interesting. I much preferred Minus One over this one for sure.

I have it right over here on my desk STILL in its shrinkwrap. On DVD. I won't go see it again in the cinema and yeah, after Minus-1. I don't think I can watch it with a clear mind. It might be a while before I reexamine this version again.
