FYI: They sold the Zone Fighter and Spectreman on Saturday and they CLAIM they got what they wanted as listed. Zoney went for $325 and Spectreman went for $250. Reason I am skeptical is they seem to brag a lot and when they come to the St. Charles/Chicago show, almost NO ONE is at there booth/table.Comment

Well Justin, do you like kids? Cause they promote this show as "Family-Friendly". You have morons walking around clueless, One punter in the dealers room, kept talking to me about how he "needs to buy everything in this place".
Also you don't have the history as I do with this show as I think I have been to almost every show including the TWO in California! I don't think I did the 94 get together or 1995. And you have o deal with the "Family"
Don't get me wrong there have been good times over the decades, but somehow, I think I have hit a brick wall.
I dunno, maybe it's old age.
ANyway, Last but not least is the MODELER's room and that is ALL VIDEO. Need to figure out how to upload it. ANyway I hope EVERYONE here as enjoyed some of the shots in this thread.

Okay!! First off some info. The first video is a little over 15 minutes. And I was in a conga-Line that was in constant motion, cause the morons running the show, have no idea on how to run a proper con. The video I shot was me doing the best I could with people behind me and people ahead of me. I did go back and spotlight individual models that I was taken with which will be shown below. There will be a total of SIX Vids, with the others ranging from a 30 seconds to 2minutes. And if you must SLAG me off for my camera work, I apologize. I am not a cameraman per se!! Okay here is the G Fest model room 2024. enjoy.

I think so. Now that its almost a month later, I have gone over what could have been done to make this a more smoother running con and these FUXXNUTZ could have spent money to hire real people to deal with crown control and instead of having "Volunteers". There was no one working any of the TWO panel room checking for badges and the only "Security" was the doorman at the dealer's room entrance. In fact the "Not so-Bargain Basement" had a KID working the door all weekend!
WIth that I am gonna try my Damn best to GET back to San Diego. Inspired by Brian's trip, so will see how the rest of this year plays out and how next year begins and sets things up.
And sadly in regards to SPECTREMAN; I had one of the dudes from Beast From the East talk to me.
And he pretty much Told me that I am SCREWED, when it comes to Spectremen.
"He was not that popular here in the states and when it comes to trying to FIND any merch, good luck."
Well that was all I needed in a already lousy weekend. So it is what it is.
So this year I actually bought some swag! Here it is.
