Looks pretty cool,I always felt the original was a great place to start the zombie beginings that he later created.A prequel to NOTLD,DawnOTD,DayOTD.
I'll be going to this one.

I thought it was great.Well done film My wife was the one that wanted to go...Go figure???
I thought we were going to dear John...LOL
What a pleasant surprise.
Rotten tomatoes gave it a rating of 70%
The Crazies Movie Reviews, Pictures - Rotten Tomatoes
I'd recommend seeing it.
Some blood but nothing too over the top.My wife liked it and she is not a horror fan.
Then again this is more of a thriller than straight out horror.

Well I guess you could say that?
I'm not sure when the book came out originally for pontypool?
I know the movie was like 2008 -09?
But the original version of the crazies was out in 1973.
So that's why pontypool reminds me of the crazies...

It's a very good, intelligent horror movie. It's not often I get to say that. It doesn't rely on shock factor. It just builds a good story and gives you people to root for.
