    Hmmm, what's not to like
Still got to find it on DVD
Hey Thomas, it's one of the MGM Midnight Movie two-fers. It's in on the same disc as "Countess Dracula" with Ingrid Pitt, too. That one's not bad either. Rather subdued for Hammer.

So was I. I picked it up a year or so ago at a discount store (like Ross/TJ Maxx). It does have some dating to it (jive turkey!) but a good movie. I want to find the sequel(s).

I think they only made one sequel, with one of the greatest titles of all movie history "Scream Blacula, Scream!"

AIP teamed up with Hammer to make "The Vampire Lovers", which I love for several reasons...

Back in the mid 70's my local theatre played many of the classic AIP Vincent Price movies as Saturday matinee's ... It was great seeing them on the big screen and it's why I have a special place in my heart for those movies today.
