Everything in it is taken directly from the movie, the voice over is the only thing the advertisers added. Because of that I don't think it deserves to be #1

I remember the orange shasta commercial with Frankenstein the most. That was a staple commercial back in the 70's.

Our local Food Lion still used their giant inflatable Frankenstein from the Pepsi/Universal promotion up until last year. I didn't see it this year. The frozen foods manager lives right down the road. I should ask him about that!

Great list! But one I would mention is the Dracula Hostess ad from a few years back. The Dracula in that one was Bela meets Peter Lore meets Pee-Wee Herman. Very entertaining.

I just saw the sub-titled version of Son of Godzilla last night. Funny commercial!

Thing is,everybody and their uncle knows the Godzilla/Barkley ad. So I'll agree with Brian on this being #1.

I still have the Elvira Coors Light FRIGHT FLICK promo stand-up from the 90's. It was the one they put up promoting the Fright Flick's movie give away. Each case and 12 pack of beer had a small plastic game piece resembling a film strip featuring several scenes of a B movie. If you got one that said "Winning Film Clip", you won a special Coor's Light/ Elvira copy of that film...on VHS!! There were 5 movies to win. I don't drink but I was big into collecting food or product issued non-sports at the time so I could be seen every couple days coming out of or going into a liquor store.

I definitely agree on the #1 selection. Good job Brian!!
