    Drag Me to Hell

OMG, is all I can say! I am a huge horror movie fan. I have a collection of over 3000+ films ranging from low budget, foreign, silver age, ect. In addition to my collection and netflix, I have watched countless more.

But I must say, Drag Me to Hell was one of the best Horror films I have seen in a very long time. It was a fun film and had Raimi written all over it.

I dont know why it took me so long to get around to watching it but all I can say is if you have not seen it and it being halloween , do yourself a favor and buy it or rent it.

I will NEVER look at false teeth the same way again!

      I loved it!

Very similar in tone to Raimi's Evil Dead series...campy...but scary...great combo...lol.

      Yes...the toothless gypsy woman was gold...great character...lol.

A must see for any horror fan.

I just watched this, campy yes, obvious Raimi stuff, but scary? I don't think so.

The point where the anvil drops on the old womans head was virtually Roadrunner material, i laughed my head off.

Did anyone else get a feeling of Night of the Demon when they were watching this? Whoever has the item is the one the Demon will go after.

It's really in Army of Darkness style.
Scary, yes, but in a fun way.
It's a real "breath of fresh air" among all the torture porn of late.
I saw the ending coming a mile away, but that didn't spoil the fun.
Raimi can still deliver a good old-fashioned shocker, and it has a rollercoaster feel to it.

The stuff with the teeth was indeed, very
                .
                .
                .

It was a good film.I didn't find it scary at all though.
However my wife damn near launched herself through the ceiling in a couple of parts.
                  Man did I laugh.

Payback for when she scared the crap out of me while I was watching white noise.
no,white noise is not scary but I was listening very intently she crept up behind me and grabbed my shoulders as I was leaning forward to hear the whispering...I think she damn near gave me a frigging heart attack!!!

So when the car scene happend in DMTH I laughed my butt off.

It'a a great entertaining movie. I saw Dead Snow a couple of weeks ago. It has the same vibe as Drag Me To Hell. It's worth a look.

Anything that has people being strapped to chairs and tortured to death and the likes.
I like my horror with an element of fantasy, and this kind of stuff is just a bit too "real world". I can watch the news and see the same thing. So I don't watch the news anymore.
Unless they save some kittens from a well. That, I'll watch...

I kept going back and forth from being disturbed and freaked out to laughing and back agin.

I just flat out could not believe the parking garage scene. after a pretty emotional scene in the bank. I was embarrassed I felt sorry I hated then the garage It takes a lot to flat out say out loud " Holy Cr*p! I can't believe what I just saw!"
