Monster Candy is Back!!

Wasn't sure where to post this, since its monster related, I figured here. Dollar Tree has bags of the candy sticks (guess they can't be candy cigs anymore) based on cartoons like the Flintstones, Popeye, Scooby and a couple others. A Monster Candy Frankenstein box caught my eye. Looks like there are about 6 Monster boxes per bag. Never thought I would see them again.

I first saw those when Big Lots opened in the late 80s. They seem to have unlicensed Universal photo swipes. The candy was awful (like all candy cigarettes), but the boxes were awesome!

Oh, and I loved the coffin and trash can candies as a kid. I had tons of those plastic coffins and cans lying around.

Wouldn't be the first time that Dollar Tree has had unlicensed Universal monster product at Halloween time By my count, this is the 4th straight year running.

Its reddish pink but still tastes like candy ciggarettes. Guess the candy guys had to go p/c.

I have a bag of these that I bought about 8 years ago somewhere around here. Didn't know they weren't licensed though.
