Lloyd Kaufman sent out a memo mentioning that it is already being filmed. Well at least if Troma is doing it, expect it not to pull any punches

It is being filmed here in Winnipeg heard about this a couple weeks ago.
Going to be way different than the original I've heard.

I am sure it would probably fall under the near unwatchable level as most Troma films have become after Toxie 4 (which really is mainly after Trent Haage who used help write the films, left Troma)

Manic Nurses Find Ecstacy for example.....God, it was horrible. I like bad movies but i actually gave away the disk it was so bad.

the same happened to me with poultryguist. The trailer (from a year back before it's release) looked entertaining, but the film was almost unwatchable to me. It was just so bad and not in a good way. It just did not have the older Troma charm at all

Three police cars showed up today at a bank in town,guns drawn mistaking the movie set up for the real deal.The police were called in regards to a bank robbery in progress.
Just heard it on the radio if a news link becomes available I'll try to post it.

I guess they were on alert as a bank robbery had already happened elsewhere an hour or so prior.
