    Phantasm

Anyone here a Phantasm fan? Yes, it IS a fairly bizarre horror movie, but I can't help being hooked. Scared the crap out of me when I was a kid and it holds up very well for as old as it is. Here's hoping they remaster it for blu-ray soon.

Yep this scared the socks of me as well, Ive got two parts of it, I think there are four. I also remember one other movie when I was a kid, that I couldnt sleep for months, was "salems lot", that scene where the vampire pops in through the window, and then rises in the kitchen. I bought it on dvd, after not seeing it since then, and thought that wasnt scary at all. The "house" series was quite good as well, well the first two anyway.

I kept thinking those little jawa-looking druid midgets were going to come out from under my bed and get me. The rest of the movie was kinda stupid.
Salem's Lot was a scary-*** tv movie!
I loved House and House II. I'd buy them on DVD if I ever saw them cheap (or at all).

        Oh yeah!!!!
Phantasm was an awesome series, there are four films finished and a completed script for a fifth.
Never scared me as a kid though?
Reggie was cool...The onlything that bugged me was the ever changing car that was supposed to be the same one!?!?!?!?

The silver balls were great, with the 3 barbs what came out of them and chased people

I too checked under my bed for those little Druid/Monk things lol

Be sure to ask if Phantasm 5 is going to be made.

Can you imagine on your way out you look over your shoulder and Angus Scrimm is following you.

                      That is so cool!!!
I am now jealous and must watch them and pretend to ask Angus some questions in my living room....

He did talk in the later movies but he will always be noted for saying..."BOY!!!"

While I wasn't a kid when these came out, I did truly enjoy them. I used to work for a newspaper and a group of us guys would go over to the Night Editors house...and uh...unwind...and watch horror movies until dawn. These were always in the rotation.

I would love to see a part 5 come out.

Phantasm is on my top ten horror movies a great cult classic. The forget about the Cuda in the movie, its just a bad looking ride.I never watch it as a kid, watch it in my teen years but still pretty scary.

Didn't know there were more than 2. The first one was great and I watch it when ever I can.
