Anybody else see A Haunting in Connecticut ?

Just finished watching A Haunting in Connecticut.

Man, that was a lousy movie

I've lost all faith in new scary movies scaring and entertaining me.

The only surprise I got was after the movie while reading the credits the guy who played the reverend was NOT the Law and Order SVU guy.
I would have bet good money it was him.

Yeah i enjoyed the documentary in the extras better

Do remember it was Supposed to be "based on a true story"
So taking that in mind then yeah a little scary.
Otherwise meh not so much.
Quick little note,the hospital scene was filmed a block from my house and my kids go to the school right beside the hospital.My oldest daughter was born in that hospital.
She was one of,if not the last baby delivered there.
So that was a little cool to see on the tv.
Perhaps I am to biased to comment any further...LOL

Hey Mike, I don't even need to look it up. If you thought the actor was Christopher Meloni from Law and Order:SVU then it must be Elias Koteas. I used to confuse them, as well. They look a lot alike.

I have not seen this yet, and sounds like I'd better just pass on it. I did have hopes this was going to be really good.

There is a docu-drama television series called A Haunting that dealt with "A Haunting in Connecticut" back in 2002. It was actually a well done.

As much as I like to look at Virginia Madsen, I passed on "A Haunting in Connecticut."

yeah, i too was wondering if it was any good.
