Godzilla final wars was the absolute worst piece of trash of a Godzilla film I have ever seen. In my view the best newer sequel was GMK. It would even have been better if Toho allowed the director to use the monsters he originally wanted (which included Varan and Angillas)

No; tell us how you really feel....
I know a lot of folks who hated Final Wars; mostly 'cos of the all bushonen blow-dry battle squad. I wasn't too keen on them either; but I enjoyed seeing a whole bunch of monsters. The plot didn't make a lot of sense, but.... monsters!
And Captain Gordon. He rocked!

Yeah, "Final Wars" kinda felt like "Godzilla Meets the X-Men Vs the Matrix". Did anyone else notice that the lead Mutant looked alot like a Japanese Keanu Reeves?

I didn't; but now that you mention it.... That look is what passes for "tough guy" in Japan.
