    Are you allergic?

Some folks are real allergic to latex and or other items that they may come in contact with daily. It is amazing what some people are allergic to: Some examples include but are certainly not limited to being allergic to other things such as strawberries, chocolate, bees, carrots, furry animals and the list goes on and on. Fortunately, I am not allergic to anything that I am aware of atleast.
Enjoy what you like, and let others enjoy what they like. (C) Azrak 2009

I wasn't allergic to anything until about 10 years ago. . . when all of a sudden I started reacting to a whole heap of medications. . .even ones I had used in the past many times. Some analgesias and a few anti-biotics. And more recently Micropore tape (the tape used in hospitals mostly. . .over here anyway.

There is a few Bee allergy folks around here too!

Let's see: dogs, cats, horses, feathers, pollen, wool and probably a bunch of other stuff. I'm better compared to when I was a kid though, when I seemed to be allergic to almost everything! Just keep your damn pets away from me.

some pollen, cat and some dogs ... the ones who get cleaned must not bother me too much.

nothing too bad ... eyes and nose issues mostly.

never had any until I was about 16/17 years old

Everything. But the only potential problem is shellfish. I avoid it because the reaction is an accumulative thing over time. It could potentially kill me.

I have an allergy to Nickle.....including the coins...sort of.

I can't wear cheap rubbish jewellery (thankfully) and even though I have piercings I can wear surgical steel or Titanium.
I have to take the rivets out of my jeans, Can't have too many coins in my pockets.
Can't wear certain types of belts.....haven't had to use the string belt yet.

I think it's when the metal rusts that it just brings me up in a rash....not nice.

Oh yeah - Thanks Barry. . .sadly I have exactly the same bloody thing. . .it is a real pain the butt.

And then I have developed a sensativity to detergents and a whole range of similar things, causing the skin on my fingers to be inflamed much of the time. I now where a lot of NON-Latex (since my wife is allergic), cotton lined gloves. . . and avoid geting my hands wet where ever possible. Pompholyx. My hands get like the first 3 pics here - YUCK

OH. . .and then I was using all the prescribed creams from the Dermatologist. . . and it just kept getting worse. . . until. . . .I realised I was ALLERGIC to the skin creams. In stead of the creams making me better. . .they made it worse and worse. The Dermatologist thinks I am allergic to the preservatives used in the prescription stuff.

I know the feeling Dave, have you tried sticking pins in your fingers ???
                        It makes you go ouch.....

No really, have you tried herbal treatments....no not that type.
Acupunture or that really smelly herbal remedy drinks made from dead seaweed.
(some people thinks it tastes like tea...they are wrong...wrong)
One of my brother's used to boil up and drink some of that stuff...it helped with the eczema he had on his hands.

If we take away the molds how will customizers be able to make custom goodies? Just kidding. It is still early yet so cut me a little slack on that one. I know what you mean though. It must be terrible for those that have to suffer like that.

I had a allergy test done over a year ago. I was allergic to most everything outside, and dust and pets dander inside.

However I have been taking allergy shoots twice a week and have felt much better.

Think B.A. Where did you hide the Megos?

Glad to hear that all is better now. How long will you have to continue to take the shots? Will this be an on going procedure?
