Some may remember, I shared this story when it happened 2 years ago. This happened a few miles from my house and it had a huge impact on the entire community.

Anyway,

I guess CNN deemed it a big enough story because its gone national.

Some people just don't deserve to live.
The death penalty doesn't exist in Belgium.
I strongly disagree.

Belgian serial rapist/killer Marc Dutroux raped several children, and starved them to death in his secret cellar.
He now has his own cell, with TV, radio, etc. He gets the special kind of peanut butter he prefers. If he doesn't, he raises hell.

I'd put him in Gen Pop, where he'd get the "special attention" from his fellow inmates that he inflicted on children. After a few months of that, I'd lock him up and throw away the key.

Nuts..? I'd prefer the 'Planet Terror' method - Holding him down and just using a large pliers.. Then just throw 'em all in a jar.
