arm wrestling? lol! anytime I haven't lost in years.I'm not as strong as I was 3 years ago but I can still bench well over 340 lbs. which is 150 lbs. more then my body weight

My new goal when I start again is to get back to almost 400 lbs

im not quite there lifting that amount, i been lifting 9lb 1 oz day and night and my arms killing

ahh the good old big days, i used to be 19 stone of muscle in my hey day, done my back in and my legs and the rest is history lol

still knocking on 18 stone now but it aint all muscle

to behonest though im supprised at most of the comments, we had a thread where we all posted up pics of our selves, perhaps some folks missed it

babys doing great, she put on weight aswell lol, only a few oz's but its all good, she driving us crazy in the night feeds but its all worth it

I think they mean more my look,I always get told I look really mean
maybe it's the ghetto look of the ear rings or tats or something,but no one ever thinks of me as the toy collector type or sci-fi or any of those things we're all into

I just to lift that weight back during my high school football years, I was a very strong teen (but then again I was 6' 2" and 250 lbs)...ahhhhhh...but those days are long gone...being sick is a motherefer...lol.

Dude, guy that worked for a friend of mine has that same tatoo. Little different but same basic idea. He actually shaves his pits for the total appearance. Way too much work. Told him when he gets older his arm will get fat and saggy.
