This is great! I am not so very good with remembering titles and I love how you could hear each song.
Those who look outside dream. Those who look within awake.

      To do list:

Two listed are one of my favorites, Gary Newman and Big Country.

Why weren't some of these on VH-1's One Hit Wonder list? Oh that's right, most of their lists suck. Sorry, still bitter over them not having any Megos on their toy list.

                    I Beg to Differ

Especially with Men Without Hats. They followed up Safety Dance with a little ditty called, "Pop Goes the World." Not nearly as big, but it was all over Top-40 during 1987 for a good number of weeks.

Also, A-Ha's "The Sun Always Shines on TV" was also pretty popular back in the day.

Maybe I'm wrong but it seemed like there were actually as many or more songs listed that were from the 1970s than 1980s. Also, some of these '80s artists (Big Country, Dexy's Midnight Runners, Madness) are only 1 hit wonders in the U.S., whereas they had a great deal many hits in the U.K and rest of the world.

I like a great deal many of these tunes, in fact! Better to be a one-hit wonder than a no-hit wonder ;-)
