Alot of dreaming going on. Here's some sobering stats to get you grounded -The Jets offensive line last year was 30th, which means Favre will be running for his life most of the season. This obviously begs the question, how long will he be able to hold up? He already has a strained groin from being retired! The teams' top two receivers also have low after-catch yardage, something the Packers had no problem with. Mix that with facing Brady and the Patriots twice and an unmerciful New York media that will want immediate results from a QB with no time with his team...well, it's pretty clear. Mark my words. Favre will regret this move for the rest of his life. He's in for the worst year of his professional football career.
Well, I'm happy to see Brett coming to NYC as a Jet. They really have been in need of a great quarterback and he's probably got, at least, two really fine seasons left in him.
