Wow, you guys have covered a LOT! I'll just say:

70s cop shows, dramas, sitcoms, cartoons, variety shows, and from the 60s, some Mod Squad and Big Valley thrown in for good measure! (in addtion to the afore mentioned 60s shows!)
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

Target has a bunch of two season packs out. They've got stuff like the first two seasons of Hill Street Blues and Green Acres.

Are you talking "kiddie" shows or just anything from back in the day?

For that 70's child, Superfriends is a must. Looney Tunes and a personal fav along the Ultraman style, Johnny Sokko and his Flying Robot.

For more "adult" 70's stuff, S.W.A.T. You should by the action figures as well if you don't have them.

Anything 70's really. But I'm also counting all the shows I watched in reruns in the 70's, so that would include 60's shows like Batman.

Most have been mentioned but I will add:

                                The Flash entire series
                                The Incredible Hulk series

                                Newer ones

                                Sopranos all seasons
                                Lost all seasons
Band of Brothers is a must and is one that I have watched multiple times (it's a miniseries but still a tv show)
                                Lonesome Dove
                                Roots
