Burt Young RIP

If ever there were a poster child for underrated actors, Burt Young would surely be on that poster! Yes, he was great as Paulie in "Rocky." However, he could also turn right around and be the abusive father in "Amityville Horror" part 2. He had such a range of acting. I was fortunate enough to get his autograph through the mail years ago. He was always a gracious signer for fans. He will be missed...........very good actor..........Burt was 83.

i honestly thought he had died years ago. i thought that was why he wasn't in the last Rocky. or was he? great actor, loved him as Paulie. RIP

Mr. Young appeared twice on BARETTA. He played a mentally challenged man who mimics ROBIN HOOD, and steals items and gives them to the poor. And on another episode he played a Watch maker who moves into a neighborhood where you are required to pay "protection money", which he doesn't and gets beat up.

Both roles he aced it!! A wonderful actor in every sense of the word. He will be missed.
