• Hatch Chiles
• Canned whole kernel corn, drained
• Low-sodium chicken broth
• Bacon, chopped fine
• Onion, chopped
• Salt and pepper
• Red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch dice (in blue lattice bowl)
• Heavy cream
• Scallions, sliced thin (camera shy; hiding in fridge)

I always dig your "cookin' posts". The corn chowder looks mighty tasty and Ben's Pavlovian anticipation made me laugh a bit. "It's slobberin' time!"
