Anyone else heard of the Chicago Spire ?

I was just doing some internet surfing --- looking at tall buildings of the world, and ran into this ....

The Chicago Spire (under construction now)

Never heard of it before today

This thing is going to be HUGE !!!!!!!

Looks almost unreal

This is in Russia ....wouldn't it be cool if they launched rockets from there a'la Thunderbird 3...lol
