This is Dan Morgan (my neighbor!!!) who is so very lucky he gets to get made up as Cornelius. He said it took about 5.5 hours to put on the makeup...pretty good since when they first started the apes makeup, it was six hours but they streamlined it to three...and it doesn't show on the video, but he had two helpers...

I haven't had a chance to meet up with him yet, but he lives 10 minutes away!! He's going to help me with my costume (he has the hieroglyph)...and I can't wait to go out for coffee. My husband just rolls his eyes.

After a telephone screening, I guess I didn't sound like the rabid psychotic fan that I am, so we will hold council at the local Starbucks and discuss all things ape...wooo hooo!!
