I have always been a HUGE fan of "Law & Order: SVU." Richard was one of the main reasons I used to love tuning in! He was fantastic as Detective Munch! He really had great chemistry on that show working with Ice-T. When he left the show, it was never quite the same! In addition, he was very much an established comedian as well! Many people forget that he was the comedian in the background in one of the BEST scenes in "Scarface" when the restaurant got all shot up! Richard died at his home in France. He was 78.
