      Looks good. How fast did you say you can go again? I see the occasional scooter around here and they don't seem to be going more than maybe 30 mph even in a 40 mph zone which can be a bit dangerous.

      Also, in Maryland at least there are helmet laws for motorcycles but I notice most people who ride around on these go sans helmet and wasn't sure if there was some loophole that didn't make it a requirement.

        The speedometer tops out at 80, but I'd say in reality it would top out at 65. The fastest I've been is 50, and had plenty of throttle left.

        Not sure about Maryland, but in Tennessee scooters fall under Motorcycles, and all the laws pertaining to them apply to scooters.
