I like the double exposure effect with the beers on the screen behind those ones on your desk.
At first I thought there was a Poster of the Ape "Your OFF Topic", MegoMuseum Header on your wall in the distance. . .then saw it was your computer screen. Cool effect Hector
Anybody in here tried making a Mexican chelada beer?
Just grab any watery type beer...light beer works best...add a little sea salt on the brim of the chilled mug...then add a wedge of lime..squeeze some lime on the beer as well...and add your favorite hot sauce...way better than Miller Chill...actually a hundred times better...
Do NOT try this on a good quality beer...this only works on watery stuff like Coors, Bud, Tecate, etc...
Anchor Steam is delicious...one of my favorite beers...but please do not ruin that great beer by making it chelada style. Mexicans created cheladas to improve the taste of cheap beers...and found out that it was pretty tasty with the lime and hot sauce combination...a lot of beach resorts serve chelada beers now.
Mexicans just love that lime and hot sauce...but a lot of Americans are liking that taste too...case in point...potato chips flavored with lime and chili...and of course Miller Chill and that new Bud Lime beer, lol.
naw, i gotcha on how to make chelada. makes sense. i wouldn't drink a coors light or any watery beers without this new approach. i like some meat on my beer!
