Mikey - try a packet of Pioneer Brand Turkey Gravy. Substitute 1.5 cups of chicken broth and .5 cup milk for the 2 cups water. Add some poultry seasoning, fresh ground black pepper, and some chopped parsley (fresh if you have some) but dried parsley in a pinch will do.Comment

Yup, going with a lemon honey roast on a 9lb bird, with scalloped potatoes, pumpkin pie and a well-deserved cocktail.

Hoping for a nice quiet break, after a couple hell weeks. Some Mego-play-time and in the studio to finish a painting for an upcoming exhibition. Comment

In the oven in time for a high noon feasting… spatchcocked, smoked-honey-lemon roast with fresh Meyer and aromatics from the garden.
