Toys R Us is back (sort of)

There was a story on tonight's news which said that there is going to be store space/floor space devoted to Toys R Us in *every* Macy's in the country (USA).

The Macy's store here in town closed a couple of years ago, so the nearest one to me would be about a 25 minute drive from here...

I'm hearing it's going to be non brand items since they owed a ton of money to the toy companies. I can't imagine many would do business with them again.

Yeah, they renamed Macy's toy department. I'm not going to drive an hour to the nearest Macy's to look at a few Melissa and Doug pre-school toys.

How many partial resurrections for TRU have they announced? I've lost count. Unless Target or Walmart changes their toy dept to TRU, then there's not really much of a point, unfortunately.
