I know, I know. He's the guy who appeared in a bunch of cult fims, most notably "The Little Girl Who Lived Down The Lane." (My favorite, of course, is "Bad Ronald").

Anyway, I was surfing "Bad Ronald" stuff on YouTube and came across this clip labeled "Angel Dust." However, there are no movies I can find with this title. Was it some sort of after-school thing? Do you know what this is from?

Thanks, Ant. I did see him credited with 2 Rookies episodes on IMDB. It felt familiar, but I must be thinking of something else.
