Ric Parnell who played the drummer in Spinal Tap passed away Tap announced today. RIP Ric. I enjoyed the drumming he did for the soundtrack and later album in 92. His acting in the movie was good, too!

Ric Parnell played Mick Shrimpton in the movie. He blew up at then end. When Spinal Tap had a "reunion" in 92. Ric Parnell then played Ric Shrimpton, the twin brother of Mick Shrimpton.
