    New scam going around

Got a scam e-mail today I hadn't seen before so I figure I'd give everyone here a headsup if they hadn't seen it. Supposedly, you've won 500,000 pounds from Microsoft.

Sadly,I can't find the key on my keyboard to do a British Pound symbol. But you get the idea. It'll say it's from Window Live. What gives it away is it's not in U.S. dollars and that you have to call some number overseas instead of calling Redmond,WA.

What also might give it away is the fact that you never entered a contest in the first place.

I have recently had to switch email addresses because my old Yahoo account gets so much spam. Its up to about 400/450 junk emails per week. My spam filter only gets a portion of them, I don'T know why.
I tried to fix it, but in the end it was just easier to start a new account.
