I’m a huge Cowboys fan, so I’m neutral. It doesn’t really matter to me, but I guess I’d like to see the Bengals win. Probably a better feel good story overall, other than Matt Stafford.Leave a comment:

I’m also a Raiders fan (yes, Niner/Raider hybrid fans do exist, lol)…and I’m ecstatic da Raidas landed Josh McDaniels. Raiders intern coach Rich Bisaccia is a nice guy, but he’s not head coach material in my eyes. But the Jaguars seem interested in him, hey, anything trumps that ah*lo Urban Meyer…I’m actually not going to argue with you on that, I agree. The Pats are rebuilding but just took a blow now that offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels (another guy sick of being in the shadow of Belichick), left to take the head coach job for the Las Vegas Raiders, just wait and see, he will help that team get back on track, he could have done it with New England.
Bill Belichick should retire and the idiot lush owner Kraft too, talk about two guys with arrogant enormous egos, there only successful because of some guy named Brady, and even he wanted to leave.Leave a comment:

I'm a Steelers fan, for the most part, so I am used to rooting against the Bengals. Also, having to suffer through all the lean years of Chiefs football (regional coverage team for my neck of the woods) has made me feel like I am finally getting paid back for watching them through those years so I was pulling for them to go get another Championship.
Nothing against the Rams, but I am going to pull for the Bengals since that's how it has played out. Zac Taylor is from just down the road in Norman,OK and his family is still there.Leave a comment:

49ers vs. Bengals for a 3rd time would have been too much. This is the best match-up we could have gotten not because it's Bengals vs Rams but because it's Matt Stafford (Detroit) Odell Beckham (Giants) Von Miller (Broncos) Jalen Ramsey (Jaguars) vs Cincinnati. You've basically got the bad news bears on one side and the long suffering Bungles on the other whomever wins it's a victory for long suffering franchises.Leave a comment:

Another Niners fan here, I agree Jimmy should go and Lance given his shot. By all accounts Jimmy is a really nice guy, but he makes too many errors when it counts. I am really happy for the Bengals, I was actually hoping for a Bengals/Niners superbowl, just like '89!Leave a comment:

Garoppolo is a solid backup. But that's it. I agree with the post above, Stafford more than paid his dues in Detroit, and deserves this shot. I think the Rams, like the Bucs last year, are a team of mercenaries, but I still have to pull for them over the Bengals. Burrow has about 15 more chances at this. I'm a Bills fan, and the current group needs to step up in the next year or two. Allen has a long career ahead of him, but the speed guys age quickly. And he won't be able to run like he does now in 10 years. Or even five. Just ask Cam Newton. He has time to respond.Leave a comment:

I think Stafford suffered all those years in Detroit, a good QB on an awful team. Now he’s got new life and I’m sure was tickled when the Rams traded for him, he left Dumptroit for warm weather, sunshine, beaches and Hollywood and a much better team with a good chance to make the Superbowl which they did.
If Stafford doesn’t win it this year he probably never will, Burrow has a long career ahead of him, but the Rams win this.
Sorry Hector for you and the Forty-Whiners, GO RAMS!!!Leave a comment:

As a Steelers fan, I've had a long, deep hatred for the Bengals. Problem now is, I can't hate Joe Burrow. Watching that kid give his Heisman acceptance speech had me openly weeping. That being said, I'm just hoping for a good, competitive game.Leave a comment:
