    Espresso, anyone?

    Any Home Baristas out there? I have to have at least 2 Double-Shots a day to keep me going.



    Let's get started.



    3 good scoops in the Portafilter and Tamp it well.



    Not everyone likes sugar in their Espresso, but I do. I prefer Sugar In The Raw.



    And here we go.



    About 20 seconds later...



    you have the Nectar of the gods. Once you get the feel for the right amount of coffee to put in and the right amount of pressure with the Tamper (and, of course, the right grind), you will always get this rich Crema on top.




    You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.

    F-yeah, gods rejoice! No sugar though, but sometimes a spot of steamed/frothy creme for me. I'm going into death oblivion drinking good coffee!

      only Espresso I ever had was at resorts casino in AC many years ago

      cost like 7 bucks ...and you got for your money was 3 teaspoons of instant coffee mixed with one teaspoon of hot water
