Chicken Gravy Biscuit at DQ. I still like the classic Egg McMuffin. Haven't had Hardee's breakfast in awhile, but always liked their Frisco Breakfast Sandwich.

Wendy's is new in town. I'll have to give their breakfast a shot at some point.

I used to love them too --- but around 10-ish years ago they got really nasty --- literally unchewable grizzle

Wonder if my local Mc's was substituting good meat for roadkill ?

I have nothing against roadkill mind-you, but it's gotta be properly tenderized and seasoned

Bacon Egg and cheese biscuit from McDonalds. If I ever eat fastfood, which is for the most part never, I will make a stop on the road for one. One thing I miss from Mego Meets the last few years. When it was in Wheeling...that's what we did. Not so much the last 4 or 5 Mego Meets.

My biggest prob with DQ is their prices

It's like no matter what you buy, it always comes out to be $7.00 or more

^Their prices vs. their quality isn't great. And in my area, the quality has definitely slipped even more lately. The $6 lunch is a pretty good deal...if the chicken strips aren't overcooked.

Round these parts DQ only did ice-cream ---- and they were great

Since the middle-late 80's they started selling real food

DQ around here had good fast food at a decent price, but they seem to have gone "upscale" with the Grill n' Chill stores. The local one here opened fine, but it's only one notch above Hardee's now, and that's inedible, except for breakfast!

I’m not a big fast food breakfast eater, but the few times I have, my go to is the McMuffin with sausage, no egg (I just don’t like their eggs as they are made with liquid eggs that are cooked before being flash frozen and sent off to stores where they're reheated on the grill, they have an odd taste to me). Love their hashbrowns too. I wash it down with the 2% milk.

Sausage egg biscuit from McDonalds… I’m at the point right now to where I just get tired of chewing on bread so I throw away the bottom half of the biscuit and that makes the bread to sausage and egg ratio more even

Not a DQ fan either, but in a pinch, their BBQ sandwich is a welcome novelty. Wish they could get fries right.

I know I'm a behind-hole for bringing this up, because most of the USA can't get it, but my ULTIMATE is a pork-roll egg and cheese on a Kaiser with a little ketchup

Pork roll must be crispy but NOT overkilled

Eggs (2 of them) -- runny/sloppy over easy

Kaiser --- slight schmear of butter and toasted on the hotplate no more than 1 minute

Wrapped up in foil to blend into pure breakfast decadence (maybe 10-ish minutes)

If you can't find pork roll, look for Taylor Ham --- it's the same thing
