One of the last big stars from the 30's and 40's has now died. She was 95. While starring in many "B" films, she will always be remembered for her portrayal as the "mean girl" who bullied Shirley Temple in "Bright Eyes" in 1934. She also had a very memorable scene in "It's a Gift" with W.C. Fields. The hopscotch scene with Jane and Fields is one of the most memorable scenes ever! In addition, that was probably his best film as well (my favorite of his). She went on to make many more films. She was also in a long-running TV commercial for 12 years. I always liked her. While she made a ton of money as a child, she never quite got the adoration like other actresses. Memories...........
