Got to meet the "Queen of mean"

I'm a huge fan of comedy and never miss an opportunity to see one of my favorites perform. This week I was fortunate enough to get some comp tickets to see Lisa Lampanelli at the new MGM Theatre at the Foxwoods Casino. It's always nice to get something back since they take so much. Some will know her from her Comedy Central Roasts to which she has become extremely well known for. I was also lucky enough to attend a meet and greet and actually get to talk to her. Truthfully one of the nicest, most gracious, celebrities I have gotten to meet. My son had already seen her last year when she performed at his college in Rochester NY. It was actually a small part of her performance as she created quite a stir with the deaf community up there which resulted in some people picketing her concert. She was telling me she's working on a pilot for a sitcom on HBO. Regular TV just can't handle her. For those that don't know her, picture Andrew Dice Clay with PMS. She's way over the edge on many subjects. Check out any of the Comedy Central roasts. Be warned she can be a bit extreme.

That's what I thought as well. I heard the other day that the court is nullifying her will which left the bulk of her money to her dog(s). The reason given was that she was insane when she signed the will. Interesting position to take since she isn't around to defend her will.

That Lady is got to be the Funniest Woman ever to do stand Up. She is fantastic,.. Congrats & Kuddo's for the chance to meet her. Her raw Comedy on the Stern Show makes me laugh for hrs. In the Artie Lang & Daniel Carver Roast's, she was great ,.. & she is also great for other comedians in thier punchlines too.
