I would probably used a trashed old abandoned van on the side of the road (or down by the river )....no one would ever look for a super hero, or villian, in a crappy old van!.....Either that or an old refrigerator box...That always seemed like a natural hideout when I was 5.

I would want some sort of immense tracked vehicle that eats annoying dirty squatter kids on bicycles and converts them into fuel. Maybe it could crush them into a horrid patchuli and body odor scented "hippie pellet" that would be thrown into a huge boiler and produce steam power...
