I love McDonalds Sausage and Egg McMuffin. . .it is a patty. . . which I never really think of as a sausage. I could be wrong. . .Cat/Will/Joffa/Batgirl may correct me. . . but here in Oz a sausage (or snag), we usually just mean what you are calling links.
In Scotland. . .when I lived there a decade or so ago. . .I used to eat HAGGIS B'fast Sausage for brekky. . .my wife hated even the thought. . .but to me. . .haggis is yummy in any form. On my recent trip there. . .I got to experience. . .a true delicacy. . . .HAGGIS PIZZA.Comment

Patties all the way, especially the thick ones with a little spice like I had on a biscuit this morning. I also love lots of good bacon.

Around here we are a family divided,I liked the snap of the links,its hard to burn them completely.My wife likes patties sliced thin and cooked crispy and well.Comment
